Garden Blast Issue resolved. Now Pogo Slots will only load to 53%
The previous problem I was experiencing, a few days ago, with Garden Blast self-corrected. I didn't do anything on my end so the resolution must have come from Pogo/EA.
Tonight, Pogo Slots refuses to load past 53%. I've tried sign-in using ingonito mode with the same result. As was the case with the recent Garden Blast issue, I am not experiencing any problems with other games. I have to conclude the error is not on my end of the connection.
Is EA monitoring game operation or assuming that aLL IS "OKAY" until someone reports an issue?
- @EA_Illium Thanks for the response. The site is working normally, today, without my going through the "fix-it" steps you outlined. This is exactly what transpired a few days ago when Garden Blast wasn't working correctly, so I knew it wasn't something I could remedy from here. For future reference ... If multiple people are experiencing the same issue with a game (not an "in the ballpark" similarity but identical symptoms) intuition leads me to the conclusion that, no amount of restarting,checking, clearing, etc on our end will be anything more than an exercise in futility.
