Garden Blast Issue resolved. Now Pogo Slots will only load to 53%

    @EA_Illium Thanks for the response. The site is working normally, today, without my going through the "fix-it" steps you outlined. This is exactly what transpired a few days ago when Garden Blast wasn't working correctly, so I knew it wasn't something I could remedy from here. For future reference ... If multiple people are experiencing the same issue with a game (not an "in the ballpark" similarity but identical symptoms) intuition leads me to the conclusion that, no amount of restarting,checking, clearing, etc on our end will be anything more than an exercise in futility.

Pogo Slots isn't loading past 53%.  I have cleared my cache and that didn't work. I am on a desktop computer and have tried on Chrome and Edge.

Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment, could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

 

  • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
  • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
  • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
  • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually
  • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Also, ensure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information? 

 

  • Screenname:
  • What Device are you using?
  • Which web browser do you play on?
  • Do you get an error message at all?
  • Screenshot of how your game appears...
