Garden Blast: Level 697 repeated after beating level 698

I had completed level 697 which is a hard level and had used multiple diamonds to get seed funds and powerups.  I completed the level and then beat the following level.  I then hit the next level and was presented with level 697 again and it won't proceed to a new level.  Please fix this as soon as possible so I can complete the monthly challenges.  I do not want to pay for more power-ups since I already have done so.
