Garden Blast: Not Loading with Spinning Flower

It's been over a week and still cannot load this game. Have cleared cache, logged out and back in, and made sure browser is up to date. Have even tried different browsers and laptop, pc and tablet. Don't know what else to do. Do not have problems with any other game.

Go to https://help.ea.com/en/articles/pogo/troubleshoot-pogo/ At the bottom click on 'contact us' and get a ticket number.
It's been over 2 weeks for me.
