My card that I have on file for my subscription which is paid automatically every year, I've been a member since 2005 never had a problem

I am having the same issue and have been for awhile.  I use my credit cards, not pay pal.  From what others say, you get the same message with pay pal.  Is this going to be fixed anytime soon?  I can't finish a lot of the games and the weekly challenges without some gems.  I've been a long time member and never had any problems until now.  

I have been having this issue for a couple of months now and it hasn't been fixed yet. 

is anything being done about my issue, not being able to purchase Gems?

Appreciate you folks sticking with me, I don't have an update as of yet but will update this thread the moment I have news to share.
