Help my Tile game reset to 1 when I am playing level 21 and can not get badges.

So I have had no problems with the Tile game until now.  It may have rest to the first game and can not move on as it tells me to click on 1 game but I am on level 21.  It has been like this for 2 weeks.  I have restarted logged out and used other computers.  It is frozen.  Help!
