Home story - Can't load game

I’m so upset because I can’t finish the showcase. I really liked this game when I was able to play it   Now it almost runs through the opening screen and gets my hopes up.  The game does that twice and then I get the white screen death. I have tried to play this on safari and chrome.  I spent two hours chatting with three different customer service agents on a EA chat. Pogo makes it so hard to find the area the area you need. Finally I did get to an area where I could report the bug but I was asked to tell them the name of the game I was having problems with. It rejected all  names I gave them in various ways to say pogo or home story or solitaire  Because that field needed to be completed, with one of the mysterious names, the report could not be sent.  All fields had to be filled in with required response.

I have seen that others who had this issue have a green check mark and solved. If pogo actually fixed the issue why am I still getting the error screen   Please give me the magical update that others are enjoying 

Please fix this. I pay to play on this site. I should be able to play any game I want.
