how do i get help with a game problem?

@anon095485I sympathize with you. That is very frustrating to try to complete and game and its challenge only to be shut down by game freeze.

I am a volunteer not a member of EA that runs Pogo. I will try to help.

The most common cause of game freeze and blank screen (black or white) is having one's browser cache (memory) become full. When that happens, the browser cannot load more info and the game freezes or the screens goes blank.

One way to avoid this is to clear one's browser cache. If you are not sure how to do that I will add detail guidance in the link below.

I have been playing Cookie Connect for the past few days and I know it is working. So something on your end needs to be changed to correct the problem.

Also keep in mind that it helps to close all programs or apps that are running in the background, like emails and other websites that are open.

I disagree it is not on the op's end cookie connect freezes for me too when I win the game and its happening to some other players too but not all people are having the freezing problem. people are reporting it freezing on the pogo forums and pogo has said they are aware of the problem

Ditto - for weeks now!  They even changed one of the daily challenges last week during the morning because they knew it wasn't working.

Cookie connect is not working play two days in a row and it will not give me ,my star I need to complete the game?????????????????????? so please tell who even to fix the game????
