how to resolve a game issue

I sent a bug report in my pogo solitaire home story game and haven't received any help. The game did not load a new floor in the second level spa room. Is anything going to be done about this?!      ...

Good luck with this!  None of us other SHS players have made the corporate coders bat an eye.  Maybe you can.
