In Jungle Gin player won't play

Hi, I have a question and a complaint. In Jungle Gin while playing in Quick Play, the person I was playing refused to play. The problem is if I leave I lose my rating points. I have encountered this ...

It's March 2024 and just had a player sit again....  I was doing something else and after 19minutes POGO disconnected me.    Player had not played one card, didn't even pass on first hand.   <sigh>
