Issues getting rewards for Merge Academy and Farm Merge Valley

I am also having problems with receiving crates/energy that I've earned in Farm Merge Valley.

I should have received an additional 30 crates and 30 energy from the Pogi Constellation

I am having problems there also, my game is hung up with the garbage can in Merge.  

That seems to be the case which is really stupid! Same thing happened to me as well. =/

I'm having the same issue in Merge Academy and also Tile Hero.  It says I was rewarded different things for completing tasks but I never get them.  I've also never received some of the rewards from the Solara the Radiant such as crates for Farm Merge Valley.  The problems have been going on for so long, I no longer try to meet goals.  What's the point? 

abbycattx​ I am also having this issue. I have found that the only time I have ever received the energy for Merge Academy is if I go into the game and use the energy so it is below the 100. I selected the crates for Farm Merge Valley today and when entering the game had the 40 you start with. I don't see the point in going into a game to waste energy/crates just to be able to then claim them as a reward. Can this be looked into please?

What's the point of having these "rewards" when they don't show up? I don't want to have to go into the game and use up the energy or crates so it actually shows when I claim those prizes. This is stupid!

I am having this same issue with both games.

I am having the same issue with merge academy and farm merge valley.  I also noticed that all my gold treasure chests disappeared.  They were there th s morning and now they are gone.
