Jigsaw Puzzle quits in middle of playing

The Jigsaw Puzzle game occasionally stops working. I play it almost daily, sometimes for a couple of hours at a time. Twice it has just stopped running in the middle of a puzzle and I cannot get it to reset/reload. When I try to load it, I just get the plain blue background. Same if I close out POGO and reopen. The last time this happened (I want to say about a month ago), I couldn't play it again until the next day. Now that it happened me again today, I figured I'd let you know.

@trybo924 Can you try going through our HTML5 troubleshooting guide to see if we are able to get the game loading correctly?

I'm having the same issue. The game loads, starts, and after moving maybe 3 pieces it freezes and goes to the blue screen. I've done all the suggestions I found here including the HTML 5 troubleshooting. I'm running Windows 10 64-bit, Nvidia GeForce video card with up to date driver, DirectX 12, using Chrome which is also up to date, and cleared cache. Nothing is helping. I see that a lot of folks are having this same issue. Has there been a resolution to this?

My game Jigsaw Hunter, stops and goes black then blue, plz fix this problem!
