Jigsaw treasure hunter can't change difficulty

Hello, 

I cannot change difficulty settings in the game Jigsaw Treasure Hunter (it's stuck on easy) The arrows to change the difficulty are grayed out-- included image with circles around the arrows grayed out.  Also, the cursor will not open the drawer to get the 2nd set of pieces; the empty drawer button is also greyed out.

I have the latest browser (Chrome) have tried other browsers, cleared cache, restarted router, etc...

When I log out, and play the free version of Pogo, the game works properly...only when I log back in, does the game have the aforementioned problems. 

The issue is with my account. For some reason, my stats are on the ridiculous side. They say something like "1 billion puzzles completed, etc..."
