Jigsaw Treasure Hunter HD Freezing

for 2 days I have tried to play jigsaw treasure hunter and the game keeps crashing. Is this to keep us from completing the badges? i wish you would make sure the games work right instead of adding new stupid games. if this is the course of pogo, then i will not renew again!

I did all of that, ran ccleaner and emptied cache. It is still freezing and going blank
