I did everything you sent including checking my drivers (which are all updated), installed the app which didn't work, changing the display (which is set to 60HZ). Contacted Microsoft Support and everything is set correctly and just another addition, I disabled my VPN. I tried the "Jigsaw Treasure Hunter" again last Wednesday and it still freezes after moving pieces. Just to let you know, it worked perfectly and Windows 10.
