Jungle Gin – No Opponents Appearing / Cannot Join or Host

Jungle Gin still not working.  Unable to play anyone except Bot

I have been having issues with his game for a few days.  First when I try and play bots instead of saying (bot) the player name now says "empty". I can also not make any of the cards move.  My touch screen works on all other areas.  Pogo please fix this as I see I am not alone.

I am having the same problem. When is this going to get fixed?

Wrong -  it is not fixed.    One time I get in and other 7 times can't.   If not fixed, I'm cancelling paying for this  - its the only good game left.

should I request a refund for my yearly subscription to pogo? Since its not being fixed. I usually only play the one game, jungle gin..please fix these issues..its not on our end, its on pogo's end

still not working.  Can't join games and no one can join mine.  Three days like this!  What's the problem?

Please try the troubleshooting steps for Jungle Gin, I have posted in this thread. I assure you it is working 100%. If it is not for you (or others), please follow the guide to report a problem.

When a game works one day and not the next + you are seeing "spin forever" episodes - the cause is typically (80-90% of cases): Memory (RAM & Storage), Cache & Cookies corruption and/or your Network (internet speed/outdated router/modem).

If you or your partner creates a table in Dice City, one of you needs to select the Friend Games tab to find the other.

For two days now, my partner and I can't get into a game either one of us hosts, both private and public. When we "join" the wheels spin and spin forever.  On a random try last night after it not working, it suddenly worked. But today the same problem is occurring. It is not something to tell us to troubleshoot. We can't. Your game isn't working properly. Similarly, in Dice City Roller, if I create a room/game, my partner cannot see my room/game to join. And vice versa. We can join other games and others can join our games, but we cannot join a game hoisted  by either one of us.
