Jungle Gin freezing and now won't load at all

Jungle Gin has a few very irritating proplems. When I play the bot, it increases my rating so high that I can't win. It's now freezing. Also, because of my rating, it gives me unplayable hands like A, 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, K , K, J. I draw the first card and get an 8, I discard the 4, and the bot goes Gin in one draw. Then the next draw, and the bot gets 37 points. I can no longer win. My son can't win either. 

Pogo wants me to pay huge money for gems, which, when I use the to get things to help me win, I run out of gems again. I paid  $357 dollars so far. I'm not paying huge money to play games I already paid the membership fee to play. I'n not renewing.
