Jungle Gin Rating Issues

It did it again! Still not fixed! The cards were not appearing, the person forfeited the game but my rating went down. This is so frustrating!n 22 points. Please fix this!

I am having the same issue and has happened more than once now.  It happens when my opponent is losing and decides to leave the game.  It happens even when I am just a few points to reach the total points to win and end the game.
