Re: Jungle Gin - Endless Loading / Spinning Wheel

THE ONLY GAME I PLAY ISJUNGLE GIN.   FOR SEVERAL DAYS I CANNOT JOIN A GAME.  NOTHING HAPPENS EXCEPT THE WHEEL, WHICH SPINS ENDLESSLY.   I EVEN GOT TECH ASSISTANCE AND THEY  DETERMINED IT WASN'T MY EQUIPMENT BUT A GLITCH IN THE PROGRAM.  I SEE YOU[VE HAD MANY PLAYERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM BUT MINE ISN'T SOLVED.

ON OCT 5   PAID FOR A YEAR MEMBERSHIP AND SINCE I CAN'T PLAY JUNGLE GIN I AM REQUESTING A REFUND.

    Same issue here. I can play any game except Jungle Gin. And that is the ONLY reason I renewed my  membership. It's been days and Pogo Solved. Well, it's not solved. So either fix it or give a refund! Problem will be solved when it's fixed! Maybe get some new engineers that know what they are doing! Don't tell us its fixes, when it's NOT.

    I agree when it does finally load the cards move so slow its painful computer cards move ok but mine so slow its wicked

    same..i keep seeing those green checkmarks stating."solved" it is not solved. Fixing it or handing out refunds will fix it..we want jungle gin back..were not stupid...nothing has been solved, your just trying to make us think their fixing it

    This has happened all week. The game loads but when I choose "bots' the other player name shows as  the word" EMPTY". I cannot select any of my cards.  None of the solutions to other discussions has worked. I've played this game many times and as I see it is happening to many others it is not my system. Very FRUSTRATING seeing as how I cannot play for the weekly badge.

    The problem still exists.  Can't join games.  Just spins and spins.  Any idea when this will be fixed?

    I am having the same problem!!! Am a long time client am about to stop pogo for only a few games I play now. And pogo had enough time to fix the problem but wont fix

    I am having the same issues as most of you. If I get in the cards move in slow motion. My touch screen on my PC doesn't work. I have to use the mouse. If I connect to another player, no cards get dealt and then it we disconnect and can't seem to reconnect with anyone. I too pay mainly to play the club exclusive games. And I am hoping I am replying the correct way, I think the whole support portal is clunky.
