"Lost connection to server" in POGO multiplayer games

I keep having this problem in multiplayer games.  I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps.  This happens in both Chrome and Edge even in Incognito mode.

Note:  This doesn't happen during single player games e.g. solitaire games, mahjong games, etc.

Sorry to hear about your issues. Not all Pogo games are created equal to summarize it. Some have a lot more graphics than others.

There is a really cool thing called AI Bot on most of our devices, this technology amazes me and is so very helpful.

Try performing a search entitled "Lost Connection to Server" to make sure you are preforming all of the troubleshooting steps.

    I would also suggest:

    • Updating you CAT CABLE to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider.
    • Turning off your router and letting it sit for 5-10 minutes to reset it
    • Always and Everyday Clear your cookies and cache and flush your DNS
    • Check your memory. You need at least 8GB of RAM.

Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout and exit abruptly. I personally suggest 12GB or more.

Are you still using Windows 10? If so, plan on getting a new computer soon, Microsoft will begin to make this version obsolete next year.

I believe if you verify & double check all of these troubleshooting steps the "lost connection" error will go away. This is a sign your computer may be telling you I need more strength and room, especially while on a gaming site.

Hope everything works out for you ~ Take Care 🌷
