Lost tokens

Lost tokens

Lost hundreds of thousands of tokens I haven't played in a few months and couldn't log but finally got tokens were gone 2000 left but still have gems

    Hey there, @sage1651. I'm just checking in. Are you still having trouble accessing your previous items?

    If so, I recommend reaching out to EA Help and one of our game advisors can look into the situation, including if you may have a second account. As mentioned before, it sounds like you have a fresh account, so if you remember the screenname of the account you had your previous items, they'd be able to look it up for you.

    To contact EA Help:

    • Go to https://help.ea.com
    • Click "Contact Us"
    • Select Pogo from the game list
    • Select PC or Mac
    • Select Manage my account > Can't log in
    • Click Select contact option

    If you would prefer to reach out on social media instead:

    Are you looking in the right place? On Classic pogo they’re now located on the left side of the screen near your mini. In the New Pogo you can find them in your profile under Classic Library.

    If you're showing 2000 Tokens, it sounds like you're on a brand new account. When you check your screenname, is it the same you used on your account prior?
