Lucky Cat Bingo Issues

I have had a number of issues on Lucky Cat Bingo. Once, I supposedly lost connection. Once, I started a game that never started, but still cost me 500. Neither of these things were provable. Then, I won first place, clearly earned 525 tokens. But, as you can see in the picture, I was not awarded those tokens, as my total is 139 tokens.
