I was playing on lucky cat bingo 1/28/26. I had 130 gems. the game asked me about 4 cards. I said no then it froze up. I closed out the game to restart when I went back 30 of my gems went missing. and it is not the only game that freezes up but its the only one that just takes my gem with out permission. I have been trying for days to get help with this. I have been a member of pogo for over 20 years it used to be you could email pogo for help they would call email you help you. now you have this so call community all that is guides no real help ea support they tell me they cant help they are a different company. so if any one really know the email to pogo technical could you please reply to me thanks
