Mahjong Garden Four Gentlemen Badge Pack

I tried to purchase the Four Gentlemen Collection Pack for Mahjong Garden (5 badges for 80 gems). When I tried to open the first badge to work on it, I got a message saying can't access at this time. I went back and it appeared that I didn't complete the purchase, so figured I made an error and tried to purchase it again. Second time, same thing. When I tried a third time, I noticed that 80 gems were deducted from my account, but still no Collection Pack. I realize I am now out 240 gems and have no Badge Pack. 

Please check and fix this. I'd also like my gems back.

    Is pogo being weird? You go to find challenges. You click on not own. and mix own and un own comes up. Then I went to go do maj garden. And you know there is a challenge I brought there. I know I was not finished. So click on the event and nothing happens. Play game and no credit. confused.   I lost 80 gems I want back.   I had already brought the maj garden event.   But when box came up to buy.  I thought maybe another round.  But it was not.   I know things happen.  But I want my 80 gems back.  In same boat.    I want my 80 gems back.   Not right.

    Hi @AstrixCG @Dc10Baby46 Can we try the following, and check if the collection pack is still missing?

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari

    If this issue continues I would recommend reaching out to our support to take a further look.

    I tried all of your suggestions and the challenges are not showing up. I see other people are having the same problem so respectfully suggest the issue is at your end and not unique to me at my end. Thanks in advance for looking into this. It will be very disappointing if my 240 gems are not returned to my account.

    Nothing is working.  You go to activate a challenge and says system is not working.  It is not on our end but pogo.  And I want my 80 gems back.

    I have had that same issue: 80 gems were deducted from my account but it says I cannot activate the badge.

    I (and obviously many others) want my gems back.

    This is NOT on my end...it's on yours!

    The same thing happened to me.  I have lost gems and no badge.  I logged out.  Cleared everything etc. Tried several different ISPs and still no badge to activate.  Tired of losing money.  Please check my history,  I tried to buy the 20 gem badge three times and tried to activate it.  It said it could not be activated at this time try again later or something like that.  Go out etc. then come back with no badge.  Try again and same result then only thing that happened for sure is I am out of gems!

    By the way, I purchased this badge and got the four pieces, and guess what....   I have completed two of them and now the rest of them are GONE.  I cannot activate them to play them as I cannot see them on my wall to choose from.  POGO OWES ME!

    I have the same issue as a number of other members regarding my payment of 80 gems for the Gentlemen's Pack in Mafjong Garden when the system was in a disarray on March 31st.  I followed all of your suggestions and nothing worked.  Consequently, I want the 80 gems added back to my account.

    I bought the set.  Got to the End in Spring.  Doesn't give me credit for doing so.  Have done 7 times now.  Getting very frustrated.   Pogo has not fixed.  Been over a week now.  Been Member since May 2005 and this is what I get.   And lot of times bought gems just so I could finish a game.  I feel cheated.
