Hello! Sorry to hear you are having issues loading Mahjong Garden, I understand how frustrating that can be. In December 2025 and also now in February 2026 there are heavy updates going on for our devices.

Pogo is a browser-based gaming site and when browser and system updates happen this can absolutely cause games to freeze at a specific loading percentage on our devices or not load at all.

Here are specific steps for gamers using Edge on Tablets:

Clear Site‑Specific Data for Pogo in Edge. This is more effective than clearing the whole browser.

    • Open Edge
    • Click on ⋮ → Settings
    • Select Site permissions
    • Click on All sites
    • Find pogo.com
    • Click → Clear & reset
    • Then reload the game.

Check for device updates: System updates can resolve issues in WebView, graphics drivers, and browser behavior that affect game loading.

    • Open Settings on the tablet
    • Scroll to System (or Software update on some devices)
    • Select System update / Software update
    • Check for updates
    • Install any available updates and restart the tablet
    • Open Edge again and try Mahjong Garden

Update Android System WebView. This is critical — WebView powers Edge’s rendering engine.

    • Steps: Open Google Play Store
    • Search Android System WebView
    • Select Update
    • If WebView is outdated or corrupted, HTML5 games freeze at fixed percentages.

Try InPrivate Mode. This disables: Cached scripts, Cookies, Extensions, Tracking protection.

    • Select Tabs
    • Switch to InPrivate
    • Load Mahjong Garden
    • If it works here, the issue is with cached data or tracking settings.

Disable Tracking Prevention for Pogo. Edge’s tracking protection can block game scripts.

    • Go to pogo.com
    • Tap the lock icon in the address bar
    • Turn off Tracking prevention for this site
    • Reload the game

Try “Desktop Site” Mode in Edge. This forces the desktop version of the game, which often bypasses mobile‑specific loading issues.

    How to enable:

    • Open Edge
    • Tap the ⋮ menu
    • Turn on Desktop site
    • Reload Mahjong Garden

Try a Different Browser Temporarily. This will help determine whether the issue is Edge‑specific.

Recommend: Firefox for Android or Samsung Internet (if available)

If the game loads in another browser, the issue is with Edge’s WebGL handling.

Power Cycle Device + Router! This clears: DNS cache, Stuck browser processes. Network routing issues.

Turn devices and router off for a few minutes then turn them back on.

Please give these steps a try and feel free to lets us know how it goes 🙂
