mahjong safari and poppit bingo are opening with blacked out sections

Why are those games opening that way. Also Jungle Gin needs a timer. Players are coming into the game and then just don't play and wait for the other player just leave the game because they get tire of waiting, so the other player gets the points.

YOu havent answered this quiestion yet!!! Also need to put a timer on Jungle Gin as players are starting a game and then not playing their hand....thus making the other player not being able to play and not wanting to keep waiting. That way he/she gets the ranking points.
