Not getting points again because the game is still stuck on the same level for a few weeks now.

Hello and thanks for reaching out again. Were you able to complete any of the troubleshooting steps? What level of Mahjong Sanctuary are you trying to complete? Can you provide a screenshot of the error message or what you are seeing?
