I'm working on the Mahjong Sanctuary badge to get 135 flower tiles BUT I'm not getting credit for every game I play. POGO has skipped credit for 4 games, so I'm missing 12 flower tiles. I have to quit playing, go out, and then go back in a while later to get another credit. It's happening like every other game. Is anyone else having this problem????

Hello again 🙂 Sorry to learn that you're experiencing difficulties with the Mahjong Sanctuary badge. I took a closer look at the game and found no issues with badge progression while attempting to earn the Orange Sustainability Badge during the Mountain Trail Hero Merit Badge Event.
Because we play on a browser‑based gaming site, our progress is tracked using small bits of stored data (cookies and cache). Over time, these files can become outdated or corrupted, and that can interfere with how the site updates things like badge progression, loading, lagging and much more. In addition to browser data, things like browser updates, operating system updates, and graphics drivers all play key roles in how smoothly games run. If any of these fall behind, it can cause unexpected issues.
Firefox also released an update yesterday June 18 2026 for their users, Version 152.0.1, first offered to Release channel users on June 18, 2026
Please take a moment to review the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide and try a few of the recommended steps. After performing any updates, make sure to restart your device to ensure all changes fully apply and your system refreshes its connection to the site.
