The new Daily Board for Mon. Aug. 3rd never showed up. The old, completed board remained throughout the day. We need this board in order to progress to different levels. Can we get a fix on this? I was told they were going to fix a challenge glitch for this game and they never did.

In general, it should be back up by the start of the business day in US Pacific time, but if it does extend past that, feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to take a look. I haven't had any problems since that incident.
It would be nice if they would take care of these things at a more convenient time. Also, it doesn't make sense to me that the glitch would last all day and nite.
Can we at least get a notice that the site is shutting down temporarily when they perform daily maintenance? I've lost out on many games due to being abruptly cut off.

What about the daily maintenance? Is there any way we can get a message 15 minutes before it starts? This would be awesome!
I'm up at these hours, and I'm losing games because there's no warning.

Pogo runs weekly maintenance every Tuesday during the overnight hours in the Pacific timezone. There may be times when the site is offline and this is due to that maintenance which is being done to optimize performance on Pogo to make everyone's gaming experience clean, smooth, and up to date.

I play this game every day because it is relaxing. But the board doesn't update and then squares turn red. It happened twice this week. It happens almost every week. It is very frustrating.
