Mahjong Sanctuary Progress cannot be saved

I am trying to do a challenge in Pogo - Mahjong Sanctuary.  It is hard when you keep getting "Sorry your progress could not be saved"  This is the only game I get it in so I don't think it is my internet.  Also, I telework and have no problem running four computers at one time.  Yet I can't run this game while only one is running.
