I have been a member forever

Due to this ongoing problem with the game I doubt I'll be renewing my membership

The fix is always only temporary and I've been loosing a lot of points because of this issue & to which I'm not being credited for at all

if I complete a game I'm supposed to be getting points & I'm not

Also the biomes are not working properly as well

As well there's a weird glitch w some of the matching tiles on the odd game not disappearing when they match.  It's very strange & stops the game from progressing which defeats the purpose of playing
