AGAIN! the last 2 days 2 more mahjong sanctuary challenges, but still can't play - still with the bird/task message. But I'm sure getting messages that my renewal is coming - I think i'm not going to renew until I can play the game that I log on to every day

Sorry to hear that. You mentioned using different browsers, could you share what ones you're seeing this on? And for the device you use, is it an Android phone or iOS? Do you see this on PC?

I am struggling with the exact same thing! No way to move forward. I've cleared cache on all browsers. Even downloaded browsers I've never used before to see if that helps as well as on phone. As soon as I click play the bird/task message appears with blank box! Unable to do last week's challenge, or any of the subsequent challenges including the daily, BEYOND FRUSTRATING
