Majong Santuary------am at Level 300.&nbsp; the "7th" =last colored yellow to get Badge BUT........ALL GAMES ATTEMPTED.....DO NOT ALLOW TO PROGRESS THEREFORE TO WIN! 1-3&nbsp; moves then notified "sorry failed"- try again.&nbsp; Then go to Main page to Level 300 click that....attempt to play=SAME ISSUE. i&nbsp; I am spendinmg HOURS ---HOURS....one attempt after another to sit here and replay replay replay.&nbsp; DAYS, AFTERNOONS, SOMETIMES HOURS BEGINNNG&nbsp;@ 3 AM t-10:45 am..........TODAY..AND i cannot take any more of this .&nbsp; Love the game....was always doing great........am NO stranger to ANY Majong game- but..I am elderly......wiith bone probs and......no longer state I am&nbsp; not going to continue.........HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES ABOUT THIS ON ANOTHER SITE............IT IS LIKE POGO DOES NOT WANT PLAYERS TO ADVANCE.&nbsp; I keep trying and love Majong challenges......but NOW This has gotten to the point of I amgetting ready, for real, to stop! WHY attempt any game that gives1-2 or maybe 5&nbsp; moves.........then that is all.&nbsp;&nbsp;

@upwd0146&nbsp;You’ve &nbsp;finished the Savannah biome. You need to go on to the arctic biome. Have you spent all of your stars building your sanctuary? If not, you need to spend them all. Once you do you can click on the map in the lower left side of the screen.&nbsp;

I cannot advance past level 450/&nbsp; Can only play daily board.&nbsp; I asked for help and talked to somebody at EA and was told that they"Thought I had reached the highest level the game would go."&nbsp; It is difficult to get answers to problems with POGO.&nbsp; Like you, I like the Sanctuary, but I am stifled.
