Matching Moments Game freezes repeatedly while checking for water leak

Matching Moments Game freezes while checking for water leak with Inspector Phil, I can't progress in the game to earn the surprise badge due to this.  Please fix this can't even using the skip button the game still freezes when the water is being turned on by Phil.  Please fix this before the badge expires.  Thanks
