Matching Moments Not Advancing

I need to get through Matching Moments in order to advance in The Celebration Event.

I'm currently on Level 1625 & after 3-4 moves there are no more moves & the game needs to scramble pieces. It's not doing so. Nothing advances, changes, etc. So I'm not just stuck on this game, I'm stuck with not being able to progress in the new event!

It was working just fine about 30 minutes ago. This stuff is sooo weird & annoying.
