can't play new update still inside game is still frozen and the special items don't load in that you are selected.

Matching Moments still frozen, Merge Academy still not recording scores, and a Way with Words still not loading for weeks. Done what I can and no success. How many more games am I going to lose. I would like some actual help as I have done all I am able to do.
