Same here! I can get the game to load but then it freezes or it goes white and gives me the digitized frown face. Twice it actually let me play a game but then went to white screen/frown face so I probably didnt get credit for the win. I'm beyond frustrated as playing on Pogo is my stress break from life and instead it is giving me more stress.
Pogo will NEVER fix the problem on Matching Moments. So many people (including me) have complained; but, nothing is happening to fix the problem. THAT is why I have cancelled me account. I'm so annoyed with Pogo right now.
ALSO...it appears that they changed my name from SnowWhisper777 to SnowWhisper777JS. What's with the JS at the end of my screen name? Good grief, Pogo!!!!

The internet and browsers have fundamentally changed: Not long ago, browsers and devices were simple - you clicked and played. But that's not how things work anymore. Rather it is Windows or Apple device you are using the systems have become complex. More options, more security, more updates and more systems interacting with one another.
The modern web/browsers today have transformed in recent years. What used to be a straightforward has turned into a layered, highly engineered ecosystem. I know this isn't the simple "click and play" experience it used to be, and I wish it were different. But checking those settings and troubleshooting should get you back in the game. There are many possible combinations of settings, versions, and privacy rules, and any one of them can affect how a browser game loads or saves progress.

For anyone who may be reading this: Our usernames and ranks are different here in EA Pogo Forums, we can change our username and pictures by logging on to EA Help with our Pogo credentials and viewing our home accounts. Ranks are determined by user activity here in EA Pogo forums, not the length of memberships with Pogo.

I’m really sorry it’s reached the point where you felt you had to cancel and this has become frustrating. I cannot emphasize enough that today’s devices and browsers have become so complex that troubleshooting isn’t just an extra step anymore, it’s part of how everything stays working. As a Club Pogo Member of 15 years, I can assure you and anyone reading this, the troubleshooting steps do work and Pogo does fix issues as they arise, promise!
