Matching Moments not Loading

me too game is frozen bought a season pass too what a wastw of gems and money

im having trouble again too, mine is stuck

When I try to play these games on my IPad it tells me that due to a repeated try the game will not load. How can I fix this. Thanks

I have done everything required and still just a black screen when trying to play matching moments. Help please thank you.

I have not been able to play matching moments for several weeks now. At first it would start to load and then just stop, and now all I get is a black screen.  Please fix this issue.

I have been locked out for a few weeks now…what’s the issue, several others in Group Chat having same issues.   Blank white screen all I get. 

This games will not load. I have updated all programs, still no go. Fix all these issues or I will leave POGO!

MATCHING MOMENTS

I am frustrated with this game. Up until the addition of new levels everything was working. Now with the new levels I cannot play the game. It loads as usual and goes through all of the steps to get to the game. The games does not load. It is not a problem with my computer it is a problem with your game. If I can get into all other parts of the game with no trouble why doesn't the game load??? I am really disappointed since I have read that other are having the dame problem to me it seems that is a system problem. I have the max on apple system and on Safari as well. I have missed so many games and challenges because of this glitch. HELP!!!
