Matching Moments not Loading

I bought the new challenge yesterday and my prizes for wins aren't showing up. I'm not sure how to start my own comment, so I piggybacked on this one. Freedam606 is my screen name. I've been a member for well over 20 years and I hope this comment is addressed. I'm playing on microsoft edge.

I'm having the same problem too. We write & complain about the game freezing; but, nothing is ever done about it. I'm so fed up with it!

It would be nice to at least get a reply from someone that they are working on the issue. I'm not buying anymore gems or anything else until Matching Moments' loading issues are fixed. I'm tired of being a paying member who gets ignored.

same here.  nothing will play/move no matter what

anyone else having issues with matching moments not allowing play. It loads just find but will not let me play

Is there a fix that I am not aware of to get the game to load.  Everything works fine until you load the actual puzzle.  Please let me know if there is a fix for this.

I have the same issue with points disappearing.  Contacting support is impossible.

I'm having similar problems and am using an Android. SN rescuebabe2002. Just now the recurring problem, when I receive coins from completing a task, then try to use them to buy five more moves, the game opens the shop window, and does not recognize that I have enough coins to purchase moves. I left the game and came back, and now those coins are gone. 

Also getting the overlapping in the cells occasionally, tho I'm not really bothered by it, as the game still works with it.
