Matching Moments Reset AGAIN!

Hello! Sorry to hear your game reset too - Not fun! If you or anyone reading this has tried the steps of "clear your cookies and cache" and checking for "browser and device updates"

I have done all those things and it still resets almost every day.  You cannot be at the beginning of the game and have over 10000 pogis.  The game is resetting, please fix it.  It is happening on IPad, IPhone and my PC.

What could possibly be the happening is how the OS handles browser storage and permissions (even for one particular game).

Apple is very well known for their security features - In short: the main culprit is Safari’s strict cookie/storage rules combined with Pogo’s reliance with cookies and cache as a browser-based gaming site.

Steps to Try:

• Go to Settings > Safari and make sure Block All Cookies is off and Prevent Cross-Site Tracking is off.
• Avoid Private Browsing mode.
• Try another browser (like Firefox or Chrome on iOS). Some users reported this works better.
• Try adding Pogo to your Home Screen (Shortcut - also known as a Progressive Web Apps), which sometimes improves storage persistence.
• Keeping both iOS and your browser up to date is one of the simplest but most effective ways to avoid glitches. Updates often patch compatibility issues, improve how Safari handles cookies/local storage, and fix bugs that can interfere with saving progress.

I'm having this issue also, its maddening. I was up to level 700 something only to be put back to level 1. Makes me not want to even play the game anymore to be honest. I've already tried everything suggested in this thread and NOTHING works. fix your stuff pogo, we pay for this

Hello! That is pretty impressive 🙂Matching Moments came out 14 days ago and you have already accomplished 700 levels - Wow!

There is a possibility that you have flipped the game (completed all the levels). Currently the only information I am finding is as of November 2025, the game includes 600 puzzle levels with 100 ranks and 10 milestone badges.

Let me see if I can find more information out about this.

Yes, mine went back to the beginning this morning. Lost all my levels. My mom and I have been playing this game every day and have completed all the levels as far as we could go.  This is so frustrating. 

How do I report this?

considering I was in the middle of the first part of the lodge I don't think I completed all the levels. Either way it shouldn't just make me start over. Its still messed up, this is incredibly frustrating and Pogo hasn't even addressed it

I was playing Matching Moments game, and it reset back to the beginning I was on the 3rd level so played the 1st level again this morning its back to the beginning again. can't find how to report this to pogo.  pogo name flossy22
