matching moments

Matching moments not loading says progress cannot be saved try again I keep trying but screen stays black and finally just quits.  Please fix I cannot get the bonus daily challenge if not fixed

I keep on texting them and they say they will fix and still nothing this has been going on for over two weeks, can someone please help.....
