Merge - Coins Taken, but not getting Items

Is anyone making a purchase in game and not getting the item, but coins are being taking away?

This has happened to me a few times now and only on the computer. I can't access anything on the phone. It's also groundhog day in the mining mini-game. Every time I log back in, I have to start back over, it's really frustrating.
