On September 10th, I got this reply, but I'll leave out the name...
"I do appreciate your efforts in reverting us. Please don't worry, I will do my best to address your concern.
As I have checked your purchase energy but it is not showing up , I will surely try to provide the best resolution .
I have consulted your case with our game team regarding your issue. I have checked the details the issue that you are facing is something that we're already aware of. We're receiving similar reports from other players as well but rest assured it wouldn't take long as team is actively monitoring the situation and surely come up with a resolution for all affected players.. Once the issue had been fixed the missing energy will show up , we apologize for the inconvenience .
I appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter."
I just checked and I still have not gotten the energy I purchased. AND to top it off, Merge Academy is included in the next event on September 19. WHY is this game even included with all the problems people are having with it?!!?
The only issue that Pogo Sconnie addressed in the Pogo Insider yesterday, was that they are aware of the missing sewing machine. NOT that people are still missing the energy and or coins they purchased! Well, that's helpful, isn't it?...NOT!
I have a few short months left to decide if I'm leaving. I've been playing on Pogo since it began, but I am tired of getting ripped off, and it's not only with this issue, the auto membership issue from the last 2 years as well, plus others.
I don't recall so many issues before the change in platform, you know, back when Pogo was actually fun! Now, it's nothing but aggravation. It just goes to show, that progress (so called improvements), actually do nothing but just make matters worse!
I totally understand. I'm up for renewal next month and I've been with them since 2009. I wish they'd go back to where we can earn gems from the games instead of POGI's. Wish they never changed that.
I was shocked when I saw I paid over $200 last month just buying gems and I thought I was conservative and much less. Seems they are making more money with gem purchases than annual fees. Really sad. I'd rather earn gems from playing the games than having to buy them like it use to be. I haven't got my energy yet either. I went through 4 people to end up with the last one telling me they couldn't do anything because something was down. I'm still waiting too...
