Hi DNJWebb,
Try logging out of the game and clearing your cookies, cache and history. Then log back in to see if the purchase appears. If it does not, you will have to contact Customer Support about the loss of gems/money.
I want to check my order status > Order Status
Following the steps then you should be able to chat or email instantly.
As a Pogo player myself this is indeed a very frustrating situation.

@abbycattx Thanks so much! Very helpful. I chatted with them and it's a known issue and they're working on it. No ETA but they will resolve. Really appreciate you taking the time to help me.
