Merge Academy Apple Generator Disappearance

Good evening - I was playing Merge Academy just now and I previously had 2 of the apple generators (the ones that ultimately produce the pie). Since I needed one of the pie slices to fulfill the order, I got these generators out of storage and started merging the outputs. You can see here that I had enough from the generators to make the pie and the slices, which would not be possible with only one of these generators.

Unfortunately, the game started glitching severely and the second generator just...disappeared. I have tried all of the troubleshooting methods including restarting my device, checking for device and browser updates alike, clearing cache, trying incognito mode, etc. I would really appreciate getting my other generator back please 😅 thank you.
