Merge academy - Mini Game not Responding

On my iPad and phone I Click on merge academy page flashes then page with loading bar loads then goes straight to treasure trove page where it’s stuck I can’t click on play

I’ve cleared my cashes  deleted everything from safari completely updated IPad OS 26.4

closed everything then hard reboot still not working I checked the cookie settings 

ive never been able to load the new poker town either from iPad  it’ stays stuck at 26% loading

Merge academy won’t open on iPad. It automatically goes to Treasure Trove instead of Merge Academy and then locks up. Clicking on the play button does nothing. Was working last night. Annoying.

Whenever I go into the mini game and make progress, once I go back, whatever progress that  I  have made does not appear on the board.  Merges disappear, and the board has reset to the starting point.

I'm unable to do anything with Merge Academy. It stays on the mini game.

The same thing is happening to me. 

Same here. And I used some gems to buy more moves. I want the 360 gems I used returned to my account.

Same issue, this one of my favorite games. Very ANNOYING 

I have played the mini game then the classic.  3 times it has reset both so that anything I created or won disappears.  If this is fixed the time on the mini game should be reset back to full time allotted.  I play this game all the time and this is the first issue that I have had for a mini game.
