At the very least they could pause the game so players don't keep wasting both time and energy when the game isn't working properly.
It would also be nice to be notified a day or two ahead of time when the treasure trove is going to appear. They have no problem sending surveys, they could send game challenge notifications ahead of time.
Speaking of Treasure Trove, they energy should increase on its own well over 100 and not just stop at 100. The only way to keep energy going is to go on and use it up every 3 hours and 20 minutes. Not many people have the time or patience to do that.
