Merge Academy - No credit for daily challange on Nov 9th, 2025

i have been playing Merge all day and still not getting daily challenge credit.

It seems like every time they bring out a new game, especially those with multiple levels, something gets messed up. They need to reassign some of the programmers to working on fixing the problems instead of creating new ones.

i just ran across abbycattx helpful info for those who are having loading and playing issues this is a different issue than my bug of not getting credit so maybe it will help some of you having loading issues. thought i should repost it for all of you .   ( This below info from abbycattx)

Hello again! Sorry about the delayed response and thank you for answering about being on an Apple Device!

 Apple devices can be a bit tricky with browser-based games like Pogo. Safari and other browsers on iPads and Macs have tighter restrictions that sometimes interfere with game loading. This isn’t a flaw — it’s part of Apple’s focus on privacy and system integrity. 

However, a few things have happened over the last week.

1. They added a new icon in Merge Academy, now under our customers there is an icon of the shop alerting us that a piece of their order can be found in the shop. Why does this matter - the computer language changed, and this could interfere on how your device once knew the game and cause a failed load aka white screen = blocked.
2. . The second issue is that we are in the middle of a pivotal and historic time in technology - Windows 10 ending - Windows 11 and Apple devices at the same time are receiving very heavy updates and patches regarding security, graphics, loading and so much more.

Apple released iOS 26.1, macOS Tahoe 26.1, and more, bringing:

• Liquid Glass toggle for improved visual clarity and accessibility.
• Slide Over multitasking enhancements across iPadOS and macOS.
• Background Security Improvements, replacing Rapid Security Response for seamless patching.
• A critical zero-day vulnerability was patched in ImageIO, affecting millions of devices.
• Apple is also phasing out older HomeKit architecture by February 2026, pushing users to upgrade for stability and compatibility.
• Security and AI technology are also front and center. 

With major updates like these - patches for these updates are known to follow, so keep an eye out now and for the next month or so for more updates.

I've tried three different times today.  The first time I thought it might have been because I had the 2x multiplier in use, but the other two times I tried were on 1x.  I didn't get credit for even 1 energy. 

Still not fixed - tried multiple times and no credit

I've used over 300 bits of energy and didn't get credit for a single one.  Also had a heck of a time getting into forums.  This has been going on all day so clearly they're not interested in fixing it.

I came to say the same thing - I've played two full games and it still hasn't credited me. Something goes wrong with challenges every week it seems.

I've played it 4 different times throughout the day, used over 300 energies and have not received credit .

I am not getting any credit with merge academy.  I tried several times, rebooting, etc. and nothing.  I'm moving on.
