Thank you for your help!  My issue has been fixed and I'm happy to be playing again.  (Incidentally, I now have a situation with my gems ... It's telling y card has expired, but it's not the card on file (which is fine). I'm scared to give out the info as it may be hacked.  I'll address it in the proper forum page, but wanted to mention it here in case the two things are connected.  Thanks again!

I still can't get  it to work. Also I want credit for last weeks weekly challenge I was not able to complete due to this issue

I went to try playing Merge and it is still locked at the beginning of chapter 4.  I put in a lot of time into the event and now cannot finish it and I don't think it is fair to lose out on the rewards I was working to hard for.

It is still frozen for me. 

My game is still locked up.  Really wish  you would fix it. 

I play everyday all day in and out until i have energy I Love the side game the best but  you  said we get more days i am all the way at the bottom and you always take it away before i finish ? i dint no why my games keep taking to home page when playing but I see it's not just me then I have money in my wallet account going on 3 years now you won't let me spend it ? and i always get 3 months membership at a time because i dont wont to waste money but you would not let my use my wallet to pay so i used a card and you charged me for a Year ? i got nothing for paying for a year no Gems nothing? and you STILL OWE ME 380 GEMS you took from me i have made so many cases emails everything, but you will not help WHY?  and 2 cards in Cat bingo it so bad .....
