Merge Academy - spent gems but did not receive energy

I see in Pogo Forums this is a repeating problem. Today (Feb 1 /25) I spent 470 gems to purchase 1250 energy but did not receive the energy.  When I look under My Account - My Gem Transactions, it isn't working. However, I was able to find the attached under EA Account - Order History. Please correct and either refund the 470 gems or give me the 1250 energy. 

I have already tried to clear cache/cookies and reloaded, so please do not send me that automated message. I would appreciate a reply. Thanks.

    I just realized I mistakenly wrote "energy" when I should have written "coins". I was trying to purchase 1250 coins and did not receive them.

    I purchased 3400 coins in the Merge Academy Store at a cost of 1,250 gems. The gems were deducted from my total but it did not give me any coins. I talked with an "advisor" named "Sarthak" at EA and he said "their best people were already working on the problem." But they immediately close the case and did nothing. Purchasing gems is expensive and to lose them because your game was not working properly was totally unfair. I appeal to you for help. Help me to get the coins I purchased.
